I have a Single bedroom for rent with a shared bathroom with another individual. Extra bathroom in the house is also available for common use. This is in a private new construction single family community. The room comes with a premium memory foam mattress and a queen size bed. Room has a fan, blinds and a walk in closet. The bathroom comes with everything you would expect in one. 

The space is loaded with with Sony OLED TV, Multiple fridge, Dining table, couches etc and a basement gym.

Place is located on A SAFE AND QUIET neighborhood right on the border of Maple grove and Plymouth. It's super close to Hyvee, Target, Indian stores (5mins) and anything you can think of. Quick access to highways! Close to downtown.

The rent would include room cost, electricity, water, Gig speed Internet etc, monthly cleaning service!

Me and your other roommates (both working) are super chill and easy to go with. We like to hang out and chat during dinner. We have always cooked together and are open to continue and do so. We do cook meat very often (Indian friendly meat only). We maintain the space very clean and clean up after ourselves, would expect you to do so as well.
