potato 250 gram
bread:10 slices
tomato sauce
oil for frying.

masala:
red chilli powder 1teaspoon
salt :as per taste
sugar 1/2 tea spoon
limejuice: 1 big teasppon
dhanazeeru:1/2 teaspoon
garam masala powder:1 teaspoon
coriander leaves
FOR GREEN CHUTNEY :
CORRIANDER LEAVES 200 GM
salt as per taste
Adrak:25 GM
Lime: 1
Sugar:1/2 TEASPOON
Groundnut:25 GM
Green Chillies:4

FOR RED CHUTNEY

garlic 1
red chilli powder :1teaspoon
salt as per taste
 
For garnishing:
barik sev
corriander leaves
chooped onion

-boil the potato.
-after it has been boiled,finely chop it.
-add all the masala such as red chilli pwder,dhana zeeru,lime  
 juice,sugar,salt and in last add garam masala.just go on   
 mixing it so your potato mixture is ready.
-now take the bread and cut it into 2 pieces as it would look 
 like triangle.
-now on it paste the potato mixture and let it dry for 1o min.
-now for frying potato bread take oil in a pan and fry it till  
 it looks golden brown
-now on it spread green and red chutney,tomato sauce,sprinkle  
 sev,corriander leaves and chooped onion.its now ready to serve
 
-green chutney:
 add all the ingredients of green chutney and grind it into  
 mixture at once.
-red chutney:
 in garlic add salt and red chilli powder and grind it also.
